Philippines (Part I)
This trip brought us to Mt Pinatubo (for volcano), San Fernando (for Crucifixion), Baguio, and Banaue (for rice terraces). Did two trekkings and spent lots of time on the road.

Philippines (Part II) - Crucifixion
An eye-opening ceremony on the Good Friday. Not for the faint heart! (Warning: do not enter if you are not confortable with blood scenes!) Know more about crucifixion at here.

China: Plum blossoms in Nanjing
Beaufitul plum blossoms in Nanjing, China.

Laos: Vientiane - Vang Vieng - Luang Probang - Luang Nam Tha - Muang Sing - Huay Xai
This trip rewarded me fewer photos but more experience. We spent a lot of time on buses planning our next destination. Really fun!

Thailand: Bangkok & Chiang Rai
A short tour in Bangkok and Chiang Rai, en route to Laos. Our itinerary looks like this: Bangkok - Nong Khai (overnight train) - - Laos - - Chiang Kong (bus) - Chiang Rai (flight) - Bangkok

Myanmar: Yangon, Bagan, Inle Lake
Continuing my exploration of the SEA, this trip brought us to many historical sites in Myanmar dated back to the 11~13th centuries.

Indonesia: Bali
Besides enjoying sunshine on the beaches, we set a higher priority in exploring the tradition and culture of this over-commercialized island.

Vietnam: Sapa, Hanoi, Halong
The Northern part of Vietnam offers fantastic photography opportunities. Sapa and Halong Bay are among the two best places for visiting. It is also fun to explore Hanoi in the old quarter.

Cambodia: Siem Reap
A three-day trip to this spectacular world heritage site. Siem Reap, famous for the Angkor Wat, stunned us with both man-made and nature wonders.

Hong Kong & Macau
A short trip in Hong Kong and Macau. So many places to go, so little time ...

Deepavali 2005
Deepavali is the festival of light. Throughout the world all Hindus celebrate Deepawali with great pomp and enthusiasm. This is the great festival honouring Mother Lakshmi (goddess of wealth).

Wakeboarding
This is the 2nd HSBC Wakeboard World Cup at Bedok Reservoir. It was reported that the event drew a record 15,000 people over two days, international TV coverage and a local media value over $2.5 million dollars.

Taka Fashion Show
Fun time to shoot and chat with old friends.

Lantern Safari 2005
As the Chinese Garden's 30th year of celebrating Lantern Festival, this year features the biggest and best show ever! Filled with over 1100 pieces of lanterns, from big to bigger to biggest!

China: Sichuan - Grand Budda & Mt. Emei
Spent two days in visiting Grand Budda and Mt. Emei, Sichuan China, after our Tibet trip. Some highlights include grand budda, temples, monkeys, and the nice view on Mt. Emei.

Tibet (5/5) - Ganden and Tsedang
The southeastern Tibet is a majestic and mysterious highland area where is not only known for its spectacular landscape, but also has an ancient history and esoteric religious tradition which have made local culture all the more fascinating and awe-inspiring.

Tibet (4/5) - Horse Race
During the month of August over 10,000 people will cross high passes of more than 4000 m (13123 ft) by foot, horse and jeep to make their way to Nakchu Racecourse, to run their horses, eat, drink and enjoy themselves during the annual horse festival holiday.

Tibet (3/5) - Journey to Mt. Everest Base Camp
The journey to Mt. Everest Base Camp was an unforgetable experience. Luckily, we had a clear view of the peak in a late afternoon. This is a great itinerary I'd recommend to all avid travellers.

Tibet (2/5) - Shotun Festival at Drepung and Sera Monasteries
The traditional Shotun festival (Yogurt Festival) marks the coming of spring and a bountiful harvest. The centrepiece of the cultural and religious event is the brief unveiling of a giant portrait of Buddha beside a monastery outside Lhasa.

Tibet (1/5) - Lhasa & Shighatse
This is the first part of my Tibet journey. Photos were taken in Potala Palace and Norbulingka in Lhasa, and Tashilhunpo Monastery in Shighatse.
